ELSA Annual Meeting moved to Tues. Feb. 27

The East Lyme Soccer community is encouraged to join the meeting as we discuss the following items:
* 2023 Year in Review: Rec and Travel programs, summer soccer camp, and summary of recent parent/player survey 
* 2024 Plans for the Year Ahead
* 2023 Financial Report
* Update to ELSA Rules & Regulations: team placement for new residents who miss tryouts/evaluations
* Election of new Board members: President, Boys Coordinator, Girls Coordinator, Treasurer, and Member-At-Large
* Open Discussion & Comments from Membership
